Meet the Chef

Kuko’s kitchen is led by Mariano Satragni, executive chef and co-owner.

Originally from Mar del Plata, Argentina, Mariano has spent more than 20 years cooking in Mallorca, shaping a style that brings together his Latin American roots, Mediterranean influence and a strong respect for the product.

His approach is simple: seasonal ingredients, bold flavour and food made to be enjoyed.
It’s a way of cooking that feels generous, familiar and full of character — just like Kuko.
